As director of relocation services Debra Marshall is a highly motivated professional with exceptional strategic planning, communication, interpersonal, decision-making and leadership skills. Her primary responsibility is to devise and execute business relationships with companies, providing corporate relocation. She takes the stress out of the process for the employer by communicating relocation policies and providing information on all services offered by Leonard Ryden Burr.

Debra has more than 19 years experience in different aspects of the healthcare industry. Following her experience in healthcare, Debra began her career in the relocation industry in 1999 working primarily with physicians and healthcare professionals. She joined Leonard Ryden Burr Relocation in 2009, continuing to provide quality service and information to healthcare professionals relocating.

Debra has been involved in a number of community organizations, including United Way of Forsyth County, The Children's Center for the Physically Handicapped, Cancer Services, Arts Council and the North Carolina Economic Developers Association. She has also served on boards for The Enrichment Center for Adults with Disabilities, Winston-Salem and Greensboro Chambers of Commerce and the American Cancer Society. She is a member of the Reynolda Rotary and tutors at Bolton Elementary through the WS Chamber's Corporate Volunteer program.
