A lifelong resident of the Winston-Salem area, Wendy Butler is proud to be one of Leonard-Ryden-Burr's "Homegrown Homefinders". An honest, efficient team player who applies high standards and creative solutions, her primary goal is to help individuals and families achieve their goals of homeownership while eliminating the stress that often accompanies the process. Wendy is proud of the diversity of her clients and enjoys working with people from all walks of life. She strongly believes that all people deserve the right of homeownership, so that all may learn "A house is made of walls and beams; a home is built with love and dreams." She graduated summa cum laude from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a minor in Business Adminstration. Previous careers in the fields of organizational/career development and non-profit service led her to the formulation of her life's goal: helping others achieve happiness and success in their personal and professional lives. This led naturally to a career assisting others with their real estate goals. Residing in Clemmons, Wendy and husband John and are members of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church. As a person who has benefitted from the service of others, she believes we have a responsibility to serve and provide help to those who will follow us in this great community. Wendy serves the community through participation in United Way of Forsyth County's Young Leaders and the Junior League of Winston-Salem. An active member of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors, she serves extensively on the community service committee, volunteering annually at a golf tournament to benefit SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) and fundraising for Habitat for Humanity, as well as supporting the Children's Center for the Physically Handicapped through special holiday events. Count on Wendy Butler to provide service to you as a whole individual, keeping your goals always in focus. |
