She graduated from RJ Reynolds High School and received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Salem College. She received her real estate sales and broker's license in 2003.

Eva is a Realtor® and a member with the following associations: National Association of Realtors®, North Carolina Association of Realtors®, Winston-Salem Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Female Executives. Eva specializes in all types of real estate transactions: existing and new construction sales, downtown, historic areas such as Ardmore, West End, Washington Park, etc. Her intimate knowledge of the history and future of the area is a benefit to her clients.

Prior to her career in real estate, she worked for Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center as Program Coordinator for seven years. Eva built many strong relationships with national and international thought leaders in the field of cardiovascular medicine. Her role as a liaison to the pharmaceutical industry helped her to establish credibility and rapport with members and patrons of several medical societies and the healthcare industry.

In her free time, Eva enjoys spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoys cooking, decorating, gardening and staying fit. She is a member of the Greek Orthodox Church of Winston-Salem and the Salem College Alumnae Association.
