From the beginning Leonard Ryden Burr was successful. It quickly became a market leader in higher end properties and along the way Leonard Ryden Burr broadened its scope with a REO team who manages hundreds of bank owned properties each year and new construction developments both in Winston-Salem’s dynamic downtown and farther afield in more suburban areas of the city. In 2013 the company relocated to the Piedmont Federal Building on S. Stratford Road. The move provided double the square footage and allowed the company to expand even more. The move also expanded the company’s image and sphere, no longer the “niche company down in the West End”, as competitors liked to quip. Leonard Ryden Burr is also a long-time member of The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE) network which provides worldwide relocation services and is the largest referral network of independently owned real estate companies in the United States.
