Her hands-on training with LRB agents, years of experience, and community spirit fits well with LRB’s expectation of having the most professional, well-prepared agents in our marketplace. Cathy loves her job and prides herself on mentoring the area's best trained and most qualified agents.

Ann Priester 

Director of Relocation and Corporate Service

Ann Priester is the point of contact for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and 3rd party corporate relocation business related opportunities. Her responsibilities also include local & national business development. Leonard Ryden Burr is a respected member of the Leading Real Estate of the World Network - an exclusive "invitation only" organization made up of top independent companies doing business in the US and throughout the world.

Ann Cordell

Chief Financial Officer

Ann Cordell is a native of Winston-Salem, where she started her career in public accounting. She is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and brings 30 years of experience to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Leonard Ryden Burr. Ann has enjoyed a diverse career of accounting opportunities in both the non-profit and corporate fields, as well as private consulting. After living in North Carolina, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, Ann is happy to be back home in NC where she resides with her husband Mark & son Mark Jr. (who currently attends Wake Forest University - Go Deacs!). She is thrilled to be part of the LRB team! 

Anton Moussaev

Anton is the Professional Development Director for the Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate and Tyler Redhead & McAllister Real Estate. Company’s career and professional-development programs are designed not only to help new agents with on-boarding trainings and CE seminars but also throughout the entirety of their careers. Admired and respected in the Triad residential real estate industry, Anton possesses an extensive résumé and an intimate understanding of the importance of high-quality education and development for real estate professionals. His extensive background and industry knowledge benefit agents and employees throughout our brands.

Sallie Collett Prouty

Marketing and Broker Development 


Sallie provides the LRB Team with ongoing marketing and technology coordination, website support, client relationship management, agent training and leadership support. She relocated to the Winston-Salem area joining our marketing and technology team in early 2020. Sallie is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North and South Carolina, has been an active member of 6 Carolina regional MLS associations, has served as Broker in Charge and on leadership committees. Prior to joining our team Sallie was a top producing broker for 23 years with Dickens Mitchener in Charlotte specializing in new construction, residential development, land, and resale properties.
